The 49ers will add former NFL quarterback Kevin O’Connell to their offensive staff, FootballScoop.com reported Friday. O’Connell served as the quarterbacks coach with the Browns last season, his first full-time NFL coaching job. Chip Kelly previously hired Ryan Day as the 49ers quarterbacks coach.
