Well, at least Kevin Kolb didn’t get hurt tonight. The Cardinals quarterback watched John Skelton start tonight’s game, but came in for the second quarter, and worked with a group of mostly starting players (other than that Larry Fitzgerald guy). He completed one pass, a 21-yarder to DeMarco Sampson. For the preseason, Kolb’s now 2-of-9…
