If there are NFL games in the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis next year, something needs to be done about the concrete between the playing field and outer wall. For the second consecutive week a player couldn’t stop himself after running out of bounds and slipped on the concrete, crashing awkwardly near the wall.…
