The 49ers never offered a contract to free agent special teamer Blake Costanzo, so the Chicago Bears swooped in. Costanzo signed a two-year deal with the Bears on Tuesday night, the San Francisco Chronicle confirms. Costanzo, who turns 28 in April, racked up 17 special teams tackles for the 49ers in 2011.
