This is something very close to my home town (the City it is). I know a few friends who attend the University of Binghamton and my dad does a lot of work down there. This is something that is very disturbing to me to see the news talking about it. I just send my prayers and thoughts to those touched by this. Very sad to see stuff like this on the news. I know a lot of State Troopers and Police Officers I wish them safe guiding as they handle this sick man!
