The Packers were cruising along nicely in the first quarter, but may have hit a speed bump. Running back Eddie Lacy was just carted off the field, after apparently injuring his right ankle. His return has already been announced as questionable. Trainers worked on Lacy for a few moments, retaping his ankle but he couldn’t…
