Updating a previous report, Clare Farnsworth, of the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, reports the Seattle Seahawks met with unrestricted free-agent FB Justin Griffith (Raiders) Friday, March 6.

I think the griffith visit is a little of to scare Weaver, but also he fits Knapp's/Mora's FB type. He worked with both of them in Atlanta and then with Knapp in Oakland. He knows what type of systems they run and what they expect from players.
