Former CFL linebacker/defensive prospect Ricky Foley is going from "On the Fringe" to "Hard Knocks".

According to Foley's agent, Paul Sheehy, the New York Jets have claimed Foley off waivers from the Seattle Seahawks.

Supposedly a couple of teams were looking at him but are "waiting till his upcoming release" rather than making a deal for him..About threw my coffee at through windshield when I heard that bullshit!
