Jeb Putzier's short stay in Seattle came to an end, Saturday. The Seahawks let go of the tight end they signed during free agency to promote Jamar Adams from the Practice Squad to the 53-man Roster. Adams was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Michigan.
Putzier was signed in March after stints in Denver and Houston. He started just one game and played in four. John Carlson since has started every game and seen most of the time.
Injury to CJ Wallace has forced Jordan "Big Play Babz" Babineaux into the rotation and no one is on the bench. Adams should see some time on Special Teams, Sunday against the Cardinals.
