Not the best news in the world considering the state of the Seahawks offensive line-a unit which Sunday against the Ravens had a good game.
But it has been confirmed that rookie offensive guard John Moffitt will not play again this season because of a knee injury-specifically he has a torn MCL and PCL in his left knee.
Paul McQuistan could see action at right guard as could Lemuel Jeanpierre who came into the game after Moffitt left against the Ravens.
Pete Carroll said, "He's been working so hard, and he's a good guy in the locker room. We're going to miss him. We'll get him right. It's not an ACL injury so that's a good thing."
The concussions suffered by Sidney Rice, Doug Baldwin and Kam Chancellor do not appear to be serious enough to stop them from playing this week. Carroll said they would know more later in the week but that initial tests indicated the players "all had very good days today".
