The Seattle Seahawks waived/injured wide receiver Kevin Smith among their final roster moves to get under the 75-man roster limit on Tuesday. Smith appeared in seven games for Seattle in 2015 and caught three passes for 43 yards. He suffered a hamstring injury in training camp and never managed to get back to full speed.…
