Won't be an established franchise in LA. Owners are looking for a huge pay day in franchise fees from that expansion team or teams. Kroenke builds shopping centers and WalMarts which is exactly what that 60 acre parcel is intended as well as getting the ball rolling in the St. Louis stadium negotiations. Seahawks can look forward to many years dreading the flight to St. Louis and just as many years whining all the way home.
