Cory Redding, a defensive lineman who has played in the NFL since 2003, announced his retirement today. The 35-year-old Redding, who was released by the Cardinals in April, wrote on Twitter that he is “leaving the game I’ve played for 23 years.” Redding played 12 games for the Cardinals last season.
