Just hours after news broke that 49ers receiver Michael Crabtree tore his Achilles tendon on Tuesday, Crabtree has already had surgery. Crabtree had his surgery today, Chris Mortensen of ESPN reports. According to multiple reports, doctors believe Crabtree will be out about six months.
