The 49ers were bracing for bad news, and they got it. According to Matt Maiocco of CSNBayArea.com, 49ers safety Eric Reid will need season-ending surgery after an MRI confirmed a torn biceps. The initial reports were not optimistic, on a day when the 49ers fell to 1-9 and also lost cornerback Jimmie Ward to a concussion.…
