The last time there was this much confusion on the part of and created by the officials in a Packers-Seahawks game, they were replacements. The Packers went into halftime up 13-3, after a strange sequence to end the first half. Green Bay had time to run extra plays, after a flag appeared to be thrown on Seattle…
