Rams target Wilson and already half the damage has been done.

Targeting Wilson is obvious. Outside of Wilson who is the Seahawks backup? Again too obvious.

What may not be as obvious is the Seahawks playing their starters perhaps the entire game. This at a time when any additional rest (and less risk) is ideal since the playoffs are assured, but home field advantage throughout is not. They would have probably played their starters for the first half at most if HFA had been assured but the loss to AZ changed everything. Simply putting their starters at risk for what should have been a meaningless game for the Seahawks is huge. Especially for Wilson facing the Rams pass rush. Denying the starters the additional rest may play into the negative as well given the greater level of competition faced in the playoffs. What should have been a throw away game in the standings for the Seahawks yet an opportunity to see what their bench can do is now a must win game. The loss to AZ may continue to sting for some time to come.

Here's to a hard fought clean game where officiating is not a factor in the outcome. Go Rams!

Dream the good dream. We didn't win 12 games on accident. Don't worry about Wilson...worry about the defense.

It was getting dirty out there. They were targeting Tate big time trying to get pay back and he repeats the same play (less the showboating). That had to sting.

I bet it burned , they'll probably try to target him in free agency just so they don't have to face him anymore :)

So all you had going for you was cheap shots and an injury report? Yep, St Louie football at it's finest.

No cheap shots weak sister, merely facts. Rams were only playing to deny the Seahawks HFA and the division title(?). As to the Seahawks injury report we'll see soon. St. Louis football at its finest brings the big trophy home. Perhaps this is Seattle's year?

That was before the Seahawks came to the NFC West...but note taken.
