The Rams will waive second-year guard Rokevious Watkins, Adam Caplan of TheSidelineView.com reported Wednesday. Watkins, 24, played 36 snaps in the Rams’ Week One loss at Detroit in 2012 but missed the rest of the season with an ankle injury.
