In the division of course. Sure looking like a distinct possibility. Amazing what injuries a lack of luck and teams game planning for the champion can do…..but wait….I've been saying this all along! Schedule looks to favor 49ers making the playoffs. Missing the playoffs after winning the super bowl is like Miss America growing a beard.

Well let's start with "anther".:p Rams and Cardinals both have a good shot at winning in Seattle.:sneaky:
Cards maybe but not the Rams. You have a short memory and you tend to go a bit off the deep end whenever the Rams win a single game. They still blow ass. Rams were lucky they pulled out the flim flam win against the Hawks in St. Louis. Now you think they will beat them in Seattle? The Seahawks have taken a step down so far this year. But not THAT much of a step down.

Definitely step down as in on both knees servicing all. Rams just ran the ball down the throat of the NFL leading run defense and played disciplined the entire game. Defense was strong entire game as were special teams. Broncos averaged less than the 18 yard line to start and NEVER made the red zone.

Maybe so, and kudos to them for the win, their 4th of the season. Same team that got facerolled in AZ last weekend (I was actually rooting for the Rams to pull off the impossible in that game actually).
Denver pretty much mailed it in yesterday, it happens to every team over the course of a season. But where you jump the tracks is thinking that the game means the Rams are actually a better team than Denver. A single game means very little, especially when you're talking about a 3-6 team vs a 7-2 team. Denver's a Super Bowl contender while the Rams are a 7-9 team at best.

The comment you made earlier about the "Cards and Rams" capable of beating the Seahawks in Seattle indicates that you think of the Rams as in the same class as the Cards and the Seahawks somewhere below that level. You're in need of a serious reality check every time the Rams manage to win a game, which isn't often. On the Cards' worst day they are still miles ahead of the Rams.

If you watched the entire game at AZ then the "face rolled" comment is not warranted. Rams were leading with 7 minutes remaining in the game. Sadly the worst thing the Rams could have done was to knock Palmer out of the game (actually season) since Rams game planned against him well. Davis' inexperience caused the costly turnovers and a circus catch by Brown allowed the improbable come back by AZ. I also disagree with your use of "impossible" to describe the Rams chance of winning in AZ as they have not blown teams out and have an offense nowhere near that of the best of the NFL. They have had the Seahawks luck of 2013 and that luck can't last.

Denver didn't "mail it in" yesterday. They were beaten in every facet of the game. The pressure on Manning was constant. The timing of their passing attack was off because of it and the hits on Manning added up. Broncos WRs were afraid of the hits to be delivered too watching the tackler instead of the ball. Rams defense stuffed their rushing too. The last two games have set a Rams franchise record with only 56 total rushing yards allowed. The Broncos defense is the best against the run in the NFL and the Rams punished them on the ground. Mason was the first 100 yard rusher against them (113 yards) this season.

You're mistake and that of all lazy and thus ignorant analysts is that they only look at a teams record and not how they have played with the disadvantages suffered. Injuries DO matter. Injuries to KEY personnel matter most. No more KEY personnel than the starting QB! I've said it before Seahawks lose RW and they are a 5-6 win team! Officials can and do rob victory from a team. Rams should have two more wins NOW and that alone ties them with Seahawks and 49ers! Rams have split with the 49ers and beat the Seahawks with a 3rd string QB!

You want to talk about the "class" of the Rams as a team? If Bradford had played this season Rams would have been competing for the division. You can't compare the shit the Seahawks have faced compared to the Rams this season. Chris Long will be back soon allowing for even more pressure and fully expect the Rams to compete for most sacks by the end of the season.

Rams are improving and only those with blinders won't acknowledge that and realize the power structure of this division would have changed this season and will change next season with the Rams on top and the three stooges all licking their feathery wounds (49ers with their boas of course).

Interesting breakdown of Rams defensive play I swiped from RamsOnDemand.com posted by Rams24/7:

Inconsistent early in the year, but not recently. This 3-game stretch of dominance on D are the stats fans should really be concerned with. Chargers are meeting us at the wrong time. Here are some misconceptions opposin fanbases/media have made about our defense:

BAD RUN D
  • This is skewed by 3 bad performances to start the year. After the Dallas game we are allowing 97.3 ypg and have yet to allow a 100 yard rusher. Opposing RBs have scored just 5 TDs against us all year (3 coming @ KC).
  • Even more recently lets focus on our 3 weeks of dominance. Teams have rushed 53 times for 136 yards at a measly 2.6 ypc and 0 TDs. A mere 45.3 ypg in this stretch.
NON EXISTENT PASS RUSH
  • Again our friend in the above quote forgets that we had one sack BEFORE the Seattle game. Are they playing the before-the-Seattle-game-Rams-D? No they are playing the post-Seattle-game Rams who have registered 18 of their 19 sacks in a 5 week period.
YOU CAN PUT UP POINTS ON THEIR D
  • The first 7 games of the season teams scored: 34, 17, 34, 34, 31, 26, 34 against us. That's an average of 30 points per game. The past 3 games though we've only allowed 48 points, and only 34 being surrendered on D. That's an average of 11.3 ppg.

When the Rams manage a win , it's somehow an Epic beatdown of the other team , lol

Raise your hand if you think the Rams are better then the Denver Broncos .
