Pete Carroll has started to bring in his own players from his days at USC. Today the Seahawks announced they have signed former Trojan P Tom Malone to a contract. Despite signing Jon Ryan to an extension last month after being named a Pro Bowl alternative.
No word on if it's a courtesy signing by Carroll or if he wants his own guy. Then again Seahawks have kept a kicker on the Practice Squad maybe if Malone is eligible he will be a Punter on the Practice Squad.
