We need some Seahawks news, but I have yet to find any besides Hasselbeck showing some NFL Network guy around the practice facilities on NFL.com

No word on rookie signings or anything like that. I think we heard more about Owens and his search for a house than anything about the Seahawks in the past few weeks.
