The drought is over. The Seahawks have their first Pro Bowl player since 2008, and it’s free safety Earl Thomas.
The second-year free safety is a starter in the NFL all-star game, it was announced today.
The Seahawks also have five players who are alternates: cornerback Brandon Browner (first), safety Kam Chancellor (first), fullback Michael Robinson (first), running back Marshawn Lynch (second) and punter Jon Ryan (third).
