The Titans have hired Browns defensive coordinator Ray Horton to the same position, the club said Monday evening. The hiring was expected. In Horton’s lone season overseeing the Browns’ defense, Cleveland finished ninth in yards allowed per game (332.4) and third in yards allowed per play (4.80).
