Man, I miss the days when this seemed so cut and dry.

I can see how many of you think it will be a 10 win season. I put 50/50 on games I think could go either way, Carroll could come to hate 7-9.

Win - Cards (A)
Win - Cowboys (H)
Loss - Green Bay (H)
Win - Rams (A)
Win - Panthers (A)
Loss - Pats (H)
Loss - 49ers (A) 50/50
Loss - Lions (A)
Win - Vikes (H) 50/50
Win - Jets (H)
Bye
Win - Fins (A) 50/50
Loss - Bears (A)
Win - Cards (H)
Loss - Bills (A)
Win - 49ers (H) 50/50
Win - Rams (H)

The 3 straight losses could make the Vikes game tough.

Then the 2 away games after the Bye could be trouble.

I think you are looking at the teams we play by the "team" we had last year.. I think some of those games you have as a loss could surprise you.. we have QB with vision.. and a better line, and improvements in the defense...

While I can see the merit of what you are saying (especially on defense), I don't expect things to really click for the offense for awhile. If Flynn starts and plays the whole year we might get into a good rhythm towards the end of the season.

What games that I've shown as a loss do you think we can win?

Loss - Green Bay (H)
Loss - Pats (H)
Loss - 49ers (A) 50/50
Loss - Lions (A)
Loss - Bears (A)
Loss - Bills (A)

Realistically the Pack and Pats are too strong, maybe if it was towards the end of the season we would have a better chance. I split the 49ers and the Lions, Bears and Bills (all away games) are all looking pretty strong this year.

Lions=cause they are still building same with the Bills. and Bears cause the whole matt forte and the QB.. I think our Defense will be able to disrupt the QB...

I think you forgot about the Bears trading for Brandon Marshall... That and theirr defense, which is always good.

The pats are still building a defense , one of the worst last year. And they are having some o line issues. It's no gimme that they can travel across the country and come beat us a home .

if you disagree with me then explain your thoughts

Sorry kept starting a response and getting interupted, damn work.

The road has never been kind to Seattle, the further the travel the worse we seem to do. Part of the challenge of being the only team in the NW I guess. With as young as we are on Offense I think the road will just magnify our growing pains.

The Bears are looking pretty solid this year. The Lions are young and better developed than we are right now. The Bills are simular to the Lions as far as development goes but I don't think they have as many pieces but I do think they have enough to give us trouble when we travel that far east.

This is very true... Guess I'm just trying to be really positive.. We always do have problems on the road, and we are young, However we also are HUNGRY, and PC is Starving.. So we wont really know till we get there how its gonna turn out. we could flop at any time, or surprise everyone and have a killer season..

Hell yeah, any given Sunday. I just hope we come out of the gate strong. I think with as messed up as Arizona is, (even at home) is winnable and the 12th man alone should be able to take the Cowboys in our Home Opener.

Well the part I really like to see is us throwing the ball instead of having to run it... it makes our threats down field way more effective ..and it opens up for Beast Mode to do some damage, instead of having to fool 9 guys every time cause teams know we wont throw...

No doubt, it has been a long time since we have had a legit deep threat. The Oline dictates that quite a bit if we don't have a accurate mobile QB. Makes you wonder if Wilson would be better for us until the line improves. Flynn doesn't seem all that mobile. Standing in the pocket will be check downs. Flynn's accurate enough but a lot of hits could change that.

It makes you wonder if Rodgers is really as good as we think he is or is it the Packs Oline? Flynn was damn impressive behind them.

The Packers line isn't THAT good, they've had some injury problems too.

Lynch, Baldwin, Winslow, Miller. Lots of formidible inside receiving threats. That should open up some opportunities for whoever's on the outside. I'd expect to see a few more bombs completed this year.
