    I think they gave him a number they were willing to pay and he found a better deal plain and simple. Based on Tate's overall numbers he's not a 6 million dollar man IMO and apparently not in the Seahawks either . A hometown discount is one thing but 1-2 million dollars more is hard to walk away...
