Strong safety and leading tackler Kam Chancellor is among the Seahawks’ inactive players today because of the deep thigh bruise he got in last week’s game. That means Atari Bigby will start, and also still be heavily involved on special teams.
Bigby practiced all week with the No. 1 defense.
“He’s had a good week of prep and he’ll be all over the field with all the special teams duties he has, as well,” coach Pete Carroll said of Bigby after practice on Friday. “So we’ll count on him to play, just like Kam would play.”
