Danielle Carlson and Elise Pollard recently treated a group of teenage girls who are receiving treatment for cancer and blood disorders at Children’s Hospital to a Girls’ Day Out at Trophy Cupcakes in Wallingford.
Carlson, the wife of Seahawks tight end John Carlson, and Pollard, the girlfriend of wide receiver Golden Tate, hosted the Funky Young Women event. The girls decorated cupcakes and gift bags and also were able to get henna tattoos – with donations from Trophy Cupcakes, MyScrapChick.com (gift bags) and Mehndi Madness (henna tattoos).

The gift bags included items donated by Spa Scotta and Votre, Opal Boutique and Olive Boutique.
The girls also were treated to lunch from Papa John’s Pizza.
