I'm getting embarrassed at work... consistently. We have a weekly pool of football picks against the spread. I have been unable to pick 5 winners once this season. While it is more difficult in that ties count as losses, I was wondering if the forum could make these picks for me...

While I am aware that the spreads move throughout the week, for the purpose of this pool, the spreads are frozen upon release. My neighbor uses this as input into his picks (the movement of the spreads.) Alas his picks have not produced winners either.

Last week I went with Seattle (WIN) Indy, Houston, TB, Jax (all losers).

The single most useful piece of information I think there is when talking about Vegas spreads, is those spreads are set by nfl analyst for the casinos to make the most money off the general public. It is not based purely on the actual spread.
