The Seahawks’ offense will include a side order of Rice in Sunday’s home opener against the Arizona Cardinals at CenturyLink Field.
Wide receiver Sidney Rice will make his regular-season debut, coach Pete Carroll said following today’s practice, after sitting out the first two games with a sore shoulder. Rice, who was signed in free agency in late July, practiced all week and looked better with each practice.
“Sidney is going to play,” Carroll said. “We’ve got to make sure he wakes up right and all that, but he had a great week and we’re excited to have him back.”
