As expected, Eagles quarterback Michael Vick won the Associated Press comeback player of the year award. And the voting wasn’t even close. Vick won handily, with 29.5 of 50 votes. In second place was Seattle wide receiver Mike Williams, who had 8 votes for coming back from being left for done as a draft bust…
