Monday Night Football will not be starting on time. A power outage has occurred at Candlestick Park in San Francisco which will delay the 49ers and Steelers game. A transformer is blown and reportedly is being taken care of by city engineers. ESPN’s Mike Tirico says there’s no telling how long the delay will be.…
