How about Jeff Fisher ? His players in Tennessee were very outspoken about his tenure called him a liar and sleazy in his dealings with players. Not to mention here's a member of the competition committee that comes to Seattle and puts on one of the worst displays of sportsmanship in the history of the game. They ran him out of Tennessee , he's a team killer !

Fisher left because he didn't want to draft Vince Young yet was ordered to start Vince Young by Bud Adams, arguably one of the worst owners ever. For a "team killer" as you put it he was the most sought after head coach at the time and is the 2nd highest paid coach in the NFL. He also has COMPLETE AUTONOMY in the operation of the Rams, both players and front office. Its all his baby and he reports directly to Kroenke. The turnaround of the Rams in his short tenure is obvious to everyone.

Fisher's first season last year saw the Rams go 4-1-1 in the division beating the Seahawks and 9ers. Should have split this season with the Seahawks too. So yeah keep thinking that.

He got ran out of town because after 17 years of " complete autonomy " in Tennessee he had nothing to show for it .
