why is it that you don't hear about the weekly cuts anymore?

The first roster cutdown is on September 1st which is a 75 man roster. Then on September 5th it gets cutdown to the final roster of 53.

Kevin Brown (DE)
Dan Curran (FB)
Shane Simmons (LB)
John Tereshinksi (TE)
The 53-man cut is this coming week so they will also have to make a decision on Marcus. If they keep him on the PUP he can't play until week six if they keep him then they have to cut someone.
