Did Pete Carroll make right decision on naming Hasselbeck starter?

I caught the replay on NFL last night and recorded the second half. The end of the 3rd quarter/beginning of the 4th was troubling with the dropped (easy) passes. Lynch and the D got the momentum back. Hopefully Pete and others got them to realize a lull in momentum does not equate to a loss in same.
