wow no way raiders take claussen
Why would you say that? Cause Gradkowski or Russell are the answer? Or maybe even J.P. Losman, Charlie Frye or Kyle Boller? They need a QB, no doubt about it.

With the 14th pick the Seattle Seahawks select Derrick Morgan, DE, Georgia Tech.

I was thinking about going with C.J. Spiller, but after losing Kerney, Redding and Tapp the Seahawks need a DE like Morgan. I was also thinking about going with Charles Brown out of USC, but he is expected to go near the end of the 1st round, not in the 1st half so it wouldn't have been a good idea to take him at 14.

In real life, the Seahawks should really consider trading down in the 1st round with the 14th so they can pick up another 2nd rounder.

A dream scenario would be for Haden to still be on the board at 14... I can see a couple teams offering a late 1st and 2nd to move up to get him. Unless we really wanted him, too.

Good choice !
On modern football you need that kind of players. The keys are : have a Quarterback, protect the Quarterback, and pressure Quarterback.
This is why, with our two picks we need to afford DE position and OT position.
Watch CJ Johnson, amazing season, but a team enable to win.
We don't need playmaker for now, but to build a new base.

With the 21st pick in the NFL Draft, the Cinncinati Bengals select Jermaine Gresham, TE, Oklahoma.

I was considering Taylor Mays, but the Bengals need some receiving help as well as a guy who can block and Gresham can do both of those things.

If people don't hurry up this mock isn't going to be done by Thursday.
It wouldn't make much sense to have a mock draft going on after 4:30pm on Thursday. I'm not sure how we can speed it up and be fair.
