I still think these guys might get a 'project' QB in the draft, if there is value in it. And they are dissiplined enough not to reach.
I wouldn't have a problem with Chandler Harnish inthe 4th or 5th round.

You guys just draft Kellen Moore with our 12 pick. He might not have any physical attributes it takes to be an NFL QB but at least his football IQ is off the charts!! He'll be the next Zorn!!!
Barely 6 foot, looked like a mildly retarded buck-toothed lesbian at the combine?
The Draft ?
I disagree with the it all ending after RG3 , there's 15 Qb's that could be drafted and like Flynn was will be raw and need work. We need to take one of them and get our program going, so this constant turn over at the position ends.
Flynn is a patch not the future
He should move to Portland, where retards seem to thrive !
present company excluded.Ida... you wound me...
So you want to draft a guy like Flynn instead of signing Flynn? I get where you are coming from and agree, but I don't think the Flynn signing precludes them from doing such.
We get THE prize of F/A at the most important position on the field and some of you rip him...Unreal...Seattlefans always attract bad shit because even when something good happens its mocked...
Flynn is a bigger prize than Peyton, Flynn will be in Seattle in 5 years (more like 10+) while Peyton plays 2 or 3 (if that) in Denver and retires leaving them a hole at QB that will probably take awhile to fix...
Enjoy being bitter I guess...I won't even talk THAT MUCH trash back to y'all after Matthew wins us a Division title this year..
Ida, you want a guy with arm strengtth yet you're calling for Kellen Moore?
Flynn has an average to above average arm. His arm won't limit him that much.
Matthew = Hasselbeck.
Matt = Flynn.
Ida - I guess my question is, what makes you think any of those guys in the 3, 4, or 5th rounds will be any better than Flynn? In fact, history says the middle of the draft is the worst place to find a quarterback.
94 - I gotta side with flip on this. What do you see that makes you so sure?
I find it, um, at least entertaining, that we have two people, Ida and 94, that are so polar opposite on this. I am hoping for some good dialogue.
I'll turn that question around , what makes anyone think we can't find a better QB, these kids are coming up more pro ready then ever before , even then 5 years ago when Flynn came up. I don't dislike the guy its a Cinderella story in a way, he hardly played , made the pros, never played unless you count one real game a mop up game and a meaningless game all while driving a Cadillac of an offense and now may be the starter for his own team. There is at best just minimal evidence for Flynn being able to play at a high level for 16 games or more and he totally benefited from the entire Manning situation, to go from a few hundred thousand a year to millions, good for him. Just not sold until he hits the field as it is with any player ? Just because he is now a Seahawk doesn't mean I can't be skeptical.
I want some proof and 2.5 games is not enough.
That's why I quoted Dennis Green " go crown his ass " I'll wait and see
