I'm sure the Flynn apologists will ignore this. Or make some sort of excuse like they accuse Wilson apologists of doing.
I'm not really sure what to make of it. It could be why Wilson won out in the first place. But then again, if you cannot make it through training camp without a sore elbow...
I think we are on the same page, Flip. Mitch on KJR was arguing that even if our passing game was in the lower 1/3 of the league at 24 or 25, we would be 4-0 right now. If Flynn can be average, or even just below average, I am for a change.
I know you know about football, which is why it gets so incredibly old to read posts like this. Why don't you use your knowledge to point out why Wilson is not getting the job done (i.e. give us a video and dissect it)? This is just pointless drivel and cutesy nick names.
Isn't it horrible to know that you spent $50 on a jersey for a guy that couldn't even beat out a QB THIS bad? I think that's why you are so mad about it. ;)
Quit trying to act like Erickson was some better coach than Carroll. They are equal, at best. Foundation? Yeah. Sure. Holmgren took that "foundation" and turned it into a blistering 31-33 record in his first four years. What was Erickson's record over his four years? 31-33. Amazing.
John Ryan is not a QB. My logic is not flawed whatsoever. If Flynn is put in and consistently throws 4 INTs each game, clearly Wilson is the better choice. I never bought into "Russel mania." I said he looked like the better QB throughout training camp and that if there was a time when he...
We are the only NFC West team they have beaten since 2007 I believe. I wouldn't be surprised to see them beat us today. But I'll go with my Hawks. 17-10.
Yep. I have zero problem with putting Flynn in if Wilson can't get the job done. I just don't think you can say he can't get the job done if you are playing it safe with him all the time and not letting him play.
It's still the best way to go. Especially after this debacle. I promise you the GB coaches are preaching that this week. Just don't knock it back towards field of play.
