    espn's first mock (with us in it anyways)

    I don't like Mallet. He can be very good, but he is inconsistent. To many times last year I saw him over throwing wide open receivers. Don't be fooled by Bobby Petrino's offense at Arkansas. It is fun to watch, it doesn't produce great NFL QB's though. See Brian Braun.

    OC Jeremy Bates Fired

    I like this move. I think Tom Cable will be a nice replacement. It seems to me that the best OC are former offensive line coaches or QB coaches. They both understand the importance of the line of scrimmage. I don't think Bates understood that as well as he should have.

    L.A. Stadium Designs

    I personally want the one to be built in City of Industry because of the tailgating point made above. Down town LA would be great if you want to go to the game and spend $200 on bars and things. They have a great area for that, no tailgating would be ROUGH.

    Pac 10 all the way baby! Honestly, I am worried about the Ducks in this game. Last year Ohio State ran right over them, and Auburn is a very similar team. I am not saying that the Ducks aren't going to win, I am just saying this matchup makes me nervous.

    Nice write up! Can't wait to read your QB one. I heard the other day, the Seattle Paper ran a poll and 63% said they wanted Chuckie Whitehurst to start. I would tend to disagree. Mattie has been there before. Maybe after a full season of starting, but me, I like Hasselbeck.
