Yes, technically we're playing in Canada. But that was a recent change! (The gag's funnier with Buffalo because he's Buffalo Bill, not Toronto Bill.) ;-)
Yeah, Toronto Bill never really made any headlines... He was very kind, hospitable and loved maple syrup... He was also French, which is not unrelated to the fact he was rarely involved in any conflict.
