And according to John Clayton:
"
Center Max Unger re-injured his ankle, and his status is uncertain. Unger is an important part of the Seahawks' offensive line. According to ESPN Stats & Information data, Marshawn Lynch averaged 5.1 yards per carry (2.8 before contact) when Unger was on the field and 4.4 yards (1.7 before contact) when he Unger was out. Patrick Lewiswould start if Unger can't play. The Seahawks have used four different starting centers this season.

Seahawks backup safety Jeron Johnson probably won't be available because of a dislocated elbow. Seahawks starting cornerback Byron Maxwell missed the Carolina game because of a breathing problem after suffering an illness. He is expected to be back. The Packers don't have any significant injuries other than Rodgers."

You saw the stats posted during the Carolina game comparing the overall numbers in games Unger played in as opposed to when he was out? Looking back to the KC game when Unger first sustained his injury, the Hawks had taken control of the game and were pretty much moving the ball at will in the second half until Unger got injured in the 3rd to last possession of the game, just a couple plays prior to the failed 4th down attempt at the goal line and the offense pretty much died once Unger was lost. Had he remained healthy we'd probably be looking at an 11 game winning streak right now. He's the cohesive element who transforms the O-line from bottom tier to above average and losing him now would be huge. Everyone knows about his run blocking and he could be the best run blocking center in the league. But being the leader of the group and the glue that binds them together makes everyone else on the line better too, so his presence translates to the passing game as well.
Fingers crossed, definitely.
