Jay Cutler is rumored to have been offered up by the bronco's in an attempt to get Matt Cassell..the deal was to late and the Chiefs land Cassell, but cutler and his new coach seem to have gotten off to a rocky start.

Should Cutler be butt hurt ? Was that shitty thing to do ? why would you want to deal Cutler ?

One ? for you, Ida...would YOU be pissed if you were in Cutler's shoes?

I would. It shows a lack of confidence in him, and a lack of desire to keep him around. Sure, McDaniels wanted Cassell, but Cutler's got more game experience, and IMO a better QB.

Cutler should be pissed off. He is their top player and a Pro Bowl QB. For him to be even considered to be traded shows that they really don't care about him as much as he thought they did.

Cassel isn't a better QB than Cutler. He played on a team that could run the football and he had big weapons like Wes Welker and Randy Moss who allow each other to get open. Throw any QB with average playing ability on a great team and they will succeed just like Cassel did.

exactly.. There is a reason for young QBs being succesful when they have time to throw the ball, and have good possesion recievers that will always catch the ball. Plus having a pretty good running game. Not saying Cassel is bad, but all he proved was that he could play for a great team. Cutler should be very pissed. The broncos would be screwed if they pulled that trade off

Dan Reeve's once wanted to trade Elway...Elway never got over it and Reeve's got fired and Elway went on to win two superbowls.

I just can't see even letting this information slip out..unless..it was on purpose..to spark a fire under Cutler
