The Kansas City Chiefs announced Thursday that they have traded tight end Tony Gonzalez to the Falcons for Atlanta's second-round draft pick in 2010.
A 2nd round pick next year makes sense, but when the 2010 Draft rolls around I think the Falcons might consider it a bad trade.

When the Seahawks traded for Branch and gave up a 1st Round Pick, obviously, that trade was bad. He hasn't really shown his ability here in Seattle so until he does he will always be a bust trade.

Gonzalez is an amazing TE, but I'm not sure why the Chiefs are getting rid of an important target for Cassel this season.

...Could this make the Chiefs consider Crabtree/Maclin with their pick?

That's a great trade for Atlanta. They've got receivers already, Roddy White is a rising star, they've got the QB, they've got the RB, now they've got the guy to work the middle of the field.
