K.J. Wright, one of the Seahawks’ two fourth-round picks in the April NFL Draft, has signed his rookie contract.
The 6-foot-4, 246-pound linebacker from Mississippi State is expected to practice with the team for the first time on Friday morning.
With Wright in camp, only first-round draft choice James Carpenter and third-round pick James Moffitt remain unsigned. But they are expected to form the right side of the starting offensive line – Carpenter at tackle and Moffitt at guard.
Wright was a three-year starter at Mississippi State and finished his career with 259 tackles and nine sacks.
The team’s other six picks already had signed and participated in the walk-thru sessions on Thursday that kicked off training camp.
