I expect orange road cones at best for this preseason. Morgan's got the correct approach, as we have more upside talent, and it should be FUN for a change to watch this unit grow. Something to live for...great lord ninty-four!
Last preseason we had stumbling blocks instead of o-linemen. I'm even being generous, as there were many orange road cones in my neighborhood that did a better job. HaHa...
Just joined today? Nice to meet you, and I'm new here too. Can't remember the last time I was this happy to watch pre-season football (1970's something).
#ONE: I was trying to find a video on Lynch's collission with Willis of the '49ers, but came up empty. Finally did a google search for who is Marshawn Lynch's Bitch, and almost every selection was Lynch vs. The New Orlean Saints. There is a lot of video out there to prove your point though...
Ahhh! I didn't agree that they can do it. Just asked a question is all "What would impress you?" IMO here's what it comes down to: One, offensive line play, can they bulldoze for the runners? Two, can they pass protect for four seconds? Three, can they consistantly get four yards or more...
I grew up a steeler fan because they had the coolest looking uniforms on our old television sets. After they changed their colors to vertical black & white stripes I switched my allegiance to the Seahawks. I'm not the same old prick I used to be.
I don't care about total yardage during a football game as much as I want to see total first downs & time of possession. ShawnA could have 19 carries for 19 yards, and one carry for 81 yards, and score six points. Ricky Watters was an every down half back, because he would make the three to four...
I'm trying to manage the thread but can't find any real news on our o-line, and that's probably good news too, as in no injuries, etc. Chris Spencer is a Chicago Bear thanks to their director of personnel Tim Ruskell. Sean Locklear has made the transition to the other Washington, and the...
@Idahawk: You and I must be watching the same games. I don't know what the discussion was between the team and the player regarding concussions, but there comes a time when it's just better to quit what you're doing because you are risking too much. Hawks were good with three man fronts last...
Wish I could be there. Actually was there between 1989-1994, enjoyed Garnet Avenue quite a bit. If you ever get up to Oceanside there should be a dive of a restauraunt called Albertos along the east side of the boulevard. Stop in (drive through works too) and have a carne asada burrito and...
That cellphone keyboard is just fine. I replaced my own with a classic Etch-A-Sketch and have had much better luck. I'm having the same trouble as Sherman Smith though...Can't draw a straight line with the damned thing!
If the 49ers will throw in Mike Iupati then maybe the Mays move makes sense here! It's an interesting situation that I've kept my eye on. A bit surprised that there's no movers on any deal at this time (still). Earl Thomas is clearly the better FS, but what about SS? There's even been talk...
