I disagree, especially if the Seahawks place somewhere in the bottom 12 again like last season. Though that's a lot to bank on. As long as they don't give up a first, I'm content.
Could now trade Carlson + 2nd round pick for Osi, might take a more than that like a later draft pick or a following seasons draft pick, but I think that'd be worth it.

Again, and this will be the last time I express this [Ida]. I've said countless times that leadership is important, but the fact that we lack an real leader on this team is NOT going to drive the Seahawks into the ground. Any one person is just as capable of stepping up and filling their shoes...
..You don't.. Teams like Oakland, Kansas City, Houston, Tennessee, all are with out a natural "leader", all whom have had success -- you can have players on the team that you BUILD around, and you can have role-models. But being the star, or being a role-model does not signify whether or not...

While leadership is key, it does not make or break a team. It's simply, ideal. Lofa, sure, was a fan favorite, beloved by anyone who knows anything about football. But his shoes...
