Dmarkholt has 12 hours on the clock. After he is off, people will only have 5 hours to pick. After 5 hours anyone can pick for them. After 6, I will pick for them.

Depending on where we're at after tomorrow, I might have to adjust the time to 3 hours. If we still have a lot of picks left on Thursday, the "on the clock" time might get as low as 1 hour.
