Welcome to the Huddle Ballzdeep! I was born in Oregon (Ducks fan all the way) Raised in West Texas, and still make two trips a year to see family to that part of the Country, and our Political outlook is close. But ONE thing in commen is our love for this team!! If you're wondering about the avatar, it's a pic taken from my Cousins Cotton Stripper . Been to Dallas on a few occations, and love the City. The TexMex Food is outstanding!

Thank you!! Sounds like we have quite a bit in common actually. I really like oregon, it's a very pretty state, especially where i grew up in Rogue River, but it's unlivable to me. I was just up there a few months back, and there are unemployed people running around all over the town.(medford, central point area)But,yeah Dallas is great, bit hot during the summer, but great in every other way. I've been here now 20 years and love it. Just heard we had 88,000 people move here in the last 9 months alone. That's a great avatar, put a flag on something and i'm probably going to like it. This seems like a pretty good forum so far.Not as many people trying to force feed bs down our throat,or telling people their opinions are stupid, ect. I like it so far!

Glad you like the Forum. It's good to have folks with spunk :) You're right though unfortuantly, unenployment is at an all time high, and the outlook isn't good. Cost of living is getting stupid also. IF I wasn't married, I'd be moving to West Texas. At 56 it would be tough, but my line of work would probebly have some merots in the trade. Have alot of family down there that I would love to be closer to. It is greener, Moutains, beach, etc., but I can always visit this end as well.

Our unemployment rate is high in Oregon, however a lot of these people are jobless by choice. A lot of stupid SoCal kids from well off families move up here and live off the streets cause they can. Or they got a Masters degree in midevil history and expect to get a job making six figures and won't take anything less. Fucking cali kids.

At the start of this season, I was in the "Tarvaris...What...TF" fan base myself. Like many though, I was wrong.

Ha Ha Ha Ballzdeep!
Tarvaris is actually on pace to perform about the same, maybe slighty better than Hasselbeck did, which is about three thousand yards passing, and a quarterback rating of seventy. If this team ever finds an offensive line, then I believe Tarvaris could get his rating up around eighty for a season, and that's playoff/championship caliber.

LOL on pace.... Not even worth arguing about if you think T-sack is anywhere near as good as Hass.

@#1..Agreed 100% on the cali connection, but there are legit folks out there that had years at their Company only to see it close their door's. It's going on everywhere. Sad really

Coming from the same guy that said "VY" is better than "TJack" so your opinion is hardly relevent here newbie.

I loved Matt, but I am behind TJack over Matt, who is playing great right now, but 4 ints. VY and Matt have that in common.
Tjack holds on to the ball too long, and needs to keep improving at finding open guys, but he is more mobile and has a better arm then Matt. I know alot will disagree with me, but Id rather have TJack then Matt right now, he's just more exicting to watch, and he has showed improvement all year long.

At Ballzdeep,

2011 Tarvaris Jackson: Averaging about 190 yrds per game, with four more to go.
Yards Yrds/Att TD% Int% Sck'd Rate
2,255 7.0 3.1 3.7 31 76.1

2010 Mathew Hasselbeck:
Yards Yrds/Att TD% Int% Sck'd Rate
3,001 6.8 2.7 3.8 29 73.2

2009 Mathew Hasselbeck:
Yards Yrds/Att TD% Int% Sck'd Rate
3,029 6.2 3.5 3.5 32 75.1

2008 Mathew Hasselbeck:
Yards Yrds/Att TD% Int% Sck'd Rate
1,216 5.8 2.4 4.8 19 57.8

My assessment seems more accurate; as neither quarterback had an offensive line to speak of. Neither had a stretch the field receiver, neither had a consistant running game, and neither had a consistant coaching philosphy. Still though, Tarvaris came in not knowing any of his team mates, which is a little harder to do. Can we get an offensive line next?

Reality sucks doesn't it!

This is the same post. matching different seasons and different teams. What's Hass's numbers this year? oops, better than suckmodes. Like i said on the other thread. You can have t-suck. He's a proven loser, that wouldn't be playing this year if not for Pete. lol

Ya know Ballzdeep, I remember you telling me you thought this was a pretty cool site, without people trying to drive their opinion down your throut. You're right it is. I've been a member since 2008, and really I think thats when they changed something to do with the site. Think it's been longer than that. I only have , what the heck maybe 60 posts in all that time because I liked reading the sight more so than posting. This year I decided to post a bit more because of the new team,Quarterback situation, etc. Not four posts into it I pissed off Ida with a beer too many in me saying shit I really didn't mean. I like Ida, he has a good football I.Q., and now he's blocked me because of going against what this site is all about. Never met the man, but it kinda bums me out. Over the years, there's been plenty of (Debateing ), but all in all it's been cool. IMHO there's no need for personnal attacks about something we all have in commen, and that goes for everybody! Ok, I'll get off my soapbox now. GO HAWKS!!
